The Peak gynastics curriculum is designed to develop athletes through progressive skill acquisition, emphasizing proper technique and safety. Our program incorporates strength training, flexibility work, and specialized apparatus training to build well-rounded gymnasts. Each level builds upon previous foundations while introducing new challenges appropriate for the athlete's development stage. The skills we work on for children ages 4-18 are balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, and spatial awareness. Our curriculum focuses on both floor exercises and apparatus work including vault, bars, beam, and floor routines. We emphasize proper form, safety, and progressive skill development to build confidence while challenging each gymnast at their appropriate level.
