This Cohabitation and Shared Expense Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of June 13, 2026 by and between:
Karia Janai White (“Party A”)

Nazir Hussain (“Party B”)
Collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
PURPOSE
The Parties desire to reside together at the following property:

This Agreement is intended to define the respective financial obligations, rights, and responsibilities of the Parties during their cohabitation and throughout the applicable lease term associated with the Residence.
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and remain in effect for the duration of the residential lease, anticipated to be fifteen (15) months, unless terminated or modified pursuant to the terms herein.
The Parties acknowledge that both Parties are financially responsible for obligations arising under the lease agreement for the Residence.
